La sécheresse californienne ne date pas d'hier

La sécheresse californienne est un vieux, très vieux problème. Trop de gens, trop chaud, pas assez d'eau. Il faudrait des investissements massifs en dessalement. Investissements absolument vitaux, mais qui ne risquent pas d'arriver de sitôt. On appelle ça faire son propre malheur.

À voir en format plein écran, en vous éloignant d'au moins un mètre.

California Drought - An Old Scourge

The California drought is an old scourge indeed. Too many people, too hot, not enough water. Massive desalination plants are obviously needed. That would mean investing public money for the common good, something almost unthinkable in the modern United States of America.

This is the ultimate art of creating one's own misfortune.

  3. Is this a deep crop Roger? I would have said without reading the post that this was about being alone. You are also correct in that this is an image that works better at a proper viewing range!

    I have a weakness the power in B&W to say LOOK AT ME I DO EXIST! I like it.

  5. Pourtant il paraissait bien développé . Comment a-t-il pu arriver jusqu'à cet âge malgré les sécheresses récurrentes ?
